If you would like to refund or exchange an item please notify us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging then we can issue a full refund. If you need an extension on the 14 day refund period, you may request one using the contact form. You must have a valid reason that you need to extend the period.
